Medical Transcription System

Medical Transcription System is a complete management system, which gives a complete administration and monitoring interface for the administrator. The system also has the facility for the client to login to their account to monitor the work progress and can download the completed work. The modules of medical transcription system are as shown below:

Administrator Module:

The administrator is allowed to download the audio files from their inbox. The Inbox is directly mapped to a server in which the IVR server stores the audio files.

Transcribers Working Environment:

The transcribers are allowed to select their work from a work pool available in the environment. Its mandatory to select higher priority work first. Once the work is committed the transcribers chooses a template from a set of templates and then the template document is downloaded to the transcribers work folder with a specific filename. Once the job is completed the transcribers sends the data file to the administrator. The completed work will be available for editing and quality analysis for administrators, editors or QA.

Client Module:

The client module allows the user to login to their respective accounts and view work progress or download the transcription as well as the original audio file. An audio upload for transcription feature can also be included in this module.
